ローズベルト時代からトルーマン時代にかけて、米国の自由民主主義の繁栄は国内での人種差別と国外での独裁者との癒着によって達成されたと書い た本が米国で出た。↓

Rights and the Tennessee Valley Authority, which actively discriminated
in its employment policies and favored white institutions over black

a single vote, 203 to 202. Southern members voted 123 to 8 in favor. The
pattern recurred after the war, when Southern members gave strong
