今朝目覚めると、のどちんこが異常に腫れていて声もおかしかった。
昼を過ぎるとかなり回復したのでサックスレッスンに行くことが出来た。
帰りにのどスプレーと風邪薬などを買った。

When I awake this morning,my uvular condition was abnormally swollen
and the voice was also indisposed.
I was possible to go to the saxophone lesson because it recovered
