旅の始まりは、中浜小学校から。ここでは東日本大震災の影響を受けた地域の状況と、復興の歩みを学ぶことができました。被災地の現状や復興の努力についての展示は非常に感動的で、心に深く残る体験となりました。

ここではサウナ、岩盤浴、温泉に浸かりながらリラックスすることができました。周り自然の美しさに包まれ、心も体もリフレッシュすることができました。

夜は「居酒屋PUNCH」で一人で一献を楽しみました。新鮮な地元の食材を使った料理は絶品で、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。地元の人々で大変賑わってました。

宿泊はＧＵＥＳＴＨＯＵＳＥ６６でした。
管理人さんの温かいおもてなしに癒されました。又テレビの無い時間に戸惑いながらも貴重な時間でした。
夜、他の日本一周ゲストから桃を頂きました。その時、学生の頃のユースホステル部の思い出が蘇りました。
角田郷土資料館の訪問

翌日は角田郷土資料館を訪れました。ここでは地域の歴史や文化について学ぶことができ、地元の伝統や生活様式に触れ、なんで角田が東北本線が来なかったがよく分かりました。

最後に訪れたのは二本松城。歴史ある城跡を歩きながら、美しい景色と歴史の重みを感じることができました。
今回のプチ旅行は、歴史や文化、美味しい食事、温かい人々との出会いが詰まった素晴らしい体験でした。次回もまた訪れ、飲みに行きたいと思います。

Recently, I enjoyed a solo mini trip to Sennan and Nihonmatsu Castle. During this trip, I stayed at GUESTHOUSE66, where I immersed myself in the local history and delicious cuisine.
## Learning About the Earthquake at Nakahama Elementary School

The journey began at Nakahama Elementary School. Here, I learned about the impact of the Great East Japan Earthquake on the region and the steps toward recovery. The exhibits about the disaster and the ongoing recovery efforts were deeply moving and left a lasting impression.

Next, I visited a facility called "Mominoki." Here, I was able to relax in the hot springs. Surrounded by the warmth of the onsen and the beauty of nature, both my mind and body felt rejuvenated.

In the evening, I enjoyed dinner at "Izakaya PUNCH." The dishes made with fresh local ingredients were superb, and I was able to spend a leisurely time. The atmosphere of the restaurant was homey, and I enjoyed interacting with the locals.
## Staying at GUESTHOUSE66

I stayed at GUESTHOUSE66, where a complimentary breakfast was provided, and I was warmed by the manager's hospitality. The accommodation was comfortable, making me feel at home. The breakfast, made with local ingredients, was delicious.
One night, while staying alone, I received a peach from another guest who was traveling around Japan. This reminded me of my days in the Youth Hostel Club during my student years. The unexpected encounters and exchanges in unfamiliar places are truly the charm of traveling.

The next day, I visited the Kakuda Local History Museum. Here, I learned about the region's history and culture, and I got a glimpse of the local traditions and lifestyle. Many of the exhibits were fascinating, making me lose track of time.

Finally, I visited Nihonmatsu Castle. Walking around the historical ruins, I felt the beauty of the scenery and the weight of history. The area around the castle is surrounded by nature, offering beautiful views, especially in the spring when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
This mini trip was filled with wonderful experiences, including history, culture, delicious food, and warm encounters. It was such an enchanting place that I look forward to visiting again.
