These are the kind of summer days I love. Cool in the morning, warm all day with a nice breeze and cool off in the evening. I've had my morning walk with my dog, the weather's perfect and I'm feeling better these days. More water, less caffeine. Good health you have to work at, and it's funny how much I don't miss my iced cappuccinos. I was addicted to those so badly
