Hello beautiful souls, I know I am writing in English and it could be inconvenient for you but I am still working on my Japanese and it is not so great ![]()
So you must know I am a big Italian food lover, and bruschetta is my favorite Italian appetizer. Easy, simple, and delicious. The secret as my Italian friend told me is the EXTRA Garlic ![]()
Briefly, if you want to make bruschetta you get a "Baguette " cut into slices and toast it, then in a ball mix fine-cut tomato, garlic, and basil and season it with olive oil salt, and pepper finally put the mix on top of your toasted Baguette slices.
And this is my friend the Italian way of preparing Bruschetta ![]()
But if you want already-made Bruschetta with various flavors and under 300 ¥ try the Valentina Bruschetta. There is one with Truffle
, Garlic, and Tomato and Ham![]()
Where to get it? I usually get mine from Hanamasa Minato City (Myria Residence Akasaka, 2 Chome-12-32 Akasaka, Minato City, Tokyo 107-0052). This is a great grocery shop by the way it stays open for 24 hours and it has a lot to offer!
If you get to try it I would love to hear about your reviews in the comments!
