自分は異世界に居ると言う違和感の確信の中に物価に対する人々の価値観の違いというものがあります。一見、物価はいつもと同じで殆ど変わらない様に見えますが価値観というものが違うのです。自分の見識では本来の異世界の物価は自分の知っている日本の1/10程度になります。しかも物価がかなり違うのに同じ通貨を使っている感が否めないのです。
本来の日本では一人暮らしは額面で25万円ぐらい収入がないと厳しいのが現実ですが、異世界では5万円ぐらい貰っていれば生活に余裕がある様なのです。12平方メートル程度のワンルームの住む場所を借りるのに今時は月7万円ぐらい掛かりますよね。義務で支払う税金と保険も6万円は必要です。異世界の余裕のある生活に必要な5万円なんて足りません。
自分はこれをATMハイエナ事件と呼んでいます。3年前ぐらいからスマホのデータやアカウントの盗難事件は流行り始めましたので、自分はWEB銀行も電子マネーなんて信じてないです。お年寄りの様にATMから預金を下ろして現金を使っているのですが、下す額に応じてハイエナの様な存在が徘徊するのでした。1万円だと無反応でした。3万円だとチラチラと恋の様に気になる存在になっていました。5万円だと無理にでも知り合いになりたいぐらいと言う熱情の籠った視線を多数いただきました。10万円だと以前に郵便局のATMに出没したスマホを向けてきそうなハイエナの様な人間達が押し寄せてきたのでした。（怖いので逃げますね）
この経験から常識的な感覚から計測すると異世界の物価は本来は1/10で自分の世界の物価は10倍と言うことになります。大型格安店で最安の米を買うのに、細かい手持ちが無い為に万札を出すだけで、子持ち主婦に嫉妬されるなんて、世の中は狂ってます。
Among the things that make me feel uncomfortable that I'm in another world is the difference in people's values regarding prices. At first glance, prices seem to be the same as always, but values are different. In my opinion, prices in the original other world are about 1/10 of those in Japan that I know. Moreover, even though prices are quite different, I can't deny the feeling that we use the same currency.
In the original Japan, it is difficult to live alone without an income of about 250,000 yen, but in the other world, it seems that you can live comfortably with about 50,000 yen. These days, it costs about 70,000 yen a month to rent a one-room apartment of about 12 square meters. You also need 60,000 yen for mandatory taxes and insurance. The 50,000 yen needed to live comfortably in the other world is not enough.
I call this the ATM hyena （A person who is greedy for money, interests, etc.）incident. About three years ago, theft of smartphone data and accounts started to become popular, so I don't believe in online banks or electronic money. Like an old person, I withdraw money from an ATM and use cash, but depending on the amount I withdraw, hyena-like beings wander around. If I withdrew 10,000 yen, there was no reaction. If I withdrew 30,000 yen, they started to look at me like I was in love. If I withdrew 50,000 yen, I received many passionate stares from people who wanted to get to know me even if it meant forcing themselves. If I withdrew 100,000 yen, I was swarmed by hyena-like people who looked like they would point their smartphones at me, like the ones who appeared at the post office ATM before. (I ran away because I was scared.)
Based on this experience, if you measure it from a common sense perspective, the prices in the other world are actually 1/10 and the prices in your world are 10 times higher. If you want to buy the cheapest rice at a large discount store, but you have to hand over a 10,000 yen bill because you don't have any small change, you'll be jealous of housewives with children. The world is crazy.
