Sweet Potato Cake
Ingredients
250g Sweet Potato
50g Flour
2 Egg
100g Butter
25g Sugar
100g Milk
Directions
1. Use a loaf pan. Line it non-stick baking paper.
2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into bite size pieces. Put them into a heat-proof bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap. Heat it with microwave oven(600w, 5 mins).
3. After heat sweet potatoes, peel them. Put them into a food processor, and stir.
4. Melt 100g butter with microwave oven(600w, 1 and a half mins).
5. Add butter, 2 eggs, 200g milk, and 25g sugar into the food processer, and stir.
6. Preheat the oven 180℃.
7. Pour dough into the loaf pan.
8. Put the loaf pan on the cooking tray. Heat dough with the preheated oven for 40mins.
9. When the dough cools down, cut it with knife.
