ex-soldiersという記述のある行や段落は、三つのうち三つがベイツが書いていると思うものになる。これで判断したりすることはないが、そうなる。

しかし、最初に見たが、ベイツが書いたと思う段落における記述についての言及がなされており、共同でそのように書かれているのかもしれないと思った。
また、冒頭a.第２段落と似た記述もある。冒頭の７つの段落はベイツが書いていると思う。
