コロナパンデミックに関する数学理論(COVID-19)
2019年コロナウイルス病(COVID-19)は世界中で進行中のパンデミックであり、感染者の数は毎日急速に増加しています。
この厳しい状況は、COVID-19の拡散プロセスを調査する動機となります。
拡散プロセスを理解するための基本的なステップとして、さまざまな数学的モデルを利用して、流行の傾向をシミュレーションおよび予測します。
このページでは、COVID-19に関するLSR(Martin Buss教授)とITR(Sandra Hirche教授)の作品、およびソーシャルネットワークの拡散プロセスと分散トポロジの設計に関する関連作品を紹介しています。

指数カットオフを伴う “べき法則”
Anna L. Zi ffとRobert M. Zi ffの研究に着想を得て、指数カットオフを使用したべき乗則モデルを使用して、ドイツ、イタリア、米国で毎日確認された新しいケースの傾向をシミュレーションおよび予測します。
指数カットオフを持つべき乗則は、指数関数を乗じた単純な “べき乗則” です:
n(t)= Ktxe-t / t0
ここで、K、x、およびt0は定数パラメーターであり、それらはすべて正です。
txは “べき乗則” の項を表し、e-t / t0は指数部分です。
この進化では、初期の段階で、べき乗則の動作が成長を支配し、指数減衰項e-t / t0は、非常に大きなtの値で最終的にべき乗則セクションを圧倒します。
上記のモデルのシミュレーション結果を以下に示します。
日本の毎日の新しいケース
日本のCOVID-19に関する2月16日から4月9日までのデータを採用し、モデルのパラメーターはそれぞれK = 3.42x10-4、x = 3.80、t0 = 949.63です。
Daily new cases in Japan
We adopt the data from Feb 16 to Apr 09 about the COVID-19 in Japan, and the parameters for the model are K=3.42x10-4, x=3.80, and t0= 949.63, respectively.
