リコピン人参の生産農家さんはいくつか見つけられたのですが、パウダー状に加工してくれる業者さんを探すのがなかなか難しい…
ネットであれこれ検索して、メールや電話でやり取りしてみて、1件とても良さそうな会社が東北に見つかりました。
どんな風に加工してくれるのか、いちど目で見て確かめたくて、訪問することにしました

今回お伺いした会社は、もともと麹や味噌などの製造加工を営む創業200年近い老舗です。大きな麹の樽が歴史を感じさせますね。

As I reported in the last blog, I told about sharing the lycopene carrots powder to people who need them.
I have been involved in various businesses, mainly in the real estate business, but I am a complete newbie to the product sales business.
I was able to find few lycopene carrots producers, but it is difficult to find a company who can process them into powder.
After searching companies on the internet and communicating by email and phone, I found one company in the “Tohoku-area” that looked very good.
I decided to visit them to see how they would process with my own eyes.

The company I visited this time is a long-established company that has been in business for nearly 200 years, originally engaged in the production and processing of koji and miso. The large koji barrels give a sense of history.
They gave me a tour of their factory!

I had a meeting with the president of this company, and we hit it off.
