さて、いざ生検！
前立腺生検は、前立腺に針を刺して組織を採取する検査で、国立T病院では１泊２日の検査入院でした。
検査前日に便通を良くする薬を飲んで臨みました。
12本前立腺に針を刺すのですが（想像しただけで痛い！）、局部麻酔で行いました。
検査(手術？)をしてくれたのが、若い女医さんだったのでなんとも微妙な感じでしたがヤッパリ問題あり
検査終了後の開口一番が「ニッチャラさん、肛門裂けましたから
」私は「は！？」理由は私の肛門が小さいからだとか
なので、私の場合、検査後から色々症状が出て、検査自体よりもその後の方がつらかったです。
出てきた症状とは、
・股間部が熱をもっていて体全体が熱い
・血尿がでる
・肛門が割けて血が出て痛い
などでした。肛門の痛みはしばらく続き、痛みをおさえるために軟膏をもらって浣腸していましたが、トイレで大の用を足すときは悶絶でした
この症状は結局、生検後4週間ほど続くのでした。
いやー、正直、腕がイマイチだったんじゃないかと思ってますす。
そして、運命の生検結果はいかに
2週間後に審判が下るのでした。

Hello, I am Nichara, fighting Prostate Cancer patient.
Well, now for the biopsy!
Prostate biopsy is a test in which a needle is inserted into the prostate gland to extract tissue, and I must be admitted for one night at T-Hospital.
The day before the examination, I took a medicine to improve bowel movements.
Under local anesthesia, they stick 12 needles into my prostate (painful just to imagine!).
The doctor who performing the biopsy was a very young, and I had a bad feeling about it ...
No surprise!
The doctor said “Mr. Nicchara, your anus was ripped because it was too narrow.”
“WTF!?”
So, in my case, after the biopsy was harder than test itself.
The symptoms were.
... The groin area and the whole body is hot.
... and bloody urine.
... anal fissure; bleeding and pain.
I was in agony when I had to use the toilet.
I was given ointments and enemas to help with the pain, but I cried in agony when I had to use restroom.
These symptoms continued for four weeks …
Well, to be honest, I think the doctor’s skills were not good enough.
And the Judgement Day; results of the fateful biopsy came out two weeks later …
Well then!
