Description
Midtown International bank seeks individual with corporate loans related experiences.
Corporate Sales and Relationship Management:
· Manage and foster relationships with banks in the Americas and Europe for syndicating loan contracts.
· Attend meetings with borrowers to understand their business needs and present to investors.
· Gather information on prospective loan transactions by initiating onsite visits and phone calls to various banks, including Japanese, American, and European financial institutions, as well as traders in the Americas and Europe.
· Produce revenue by originating, executing, and distributing investment grade and leveraged loan transactions.
· Provide detailed reports to the Head Office regarding the obtained information and prospective transactions for decision making.
· Originate and manage all relationships including developing new sources and maintaining relationships with existing partners.
Financial Transaction Reporting:
· Prepare reports and documentation regarding loan transactions such as term sheets, information memorandums, and facility agreements for submission to the Head Office.
Regulatory Compliance and Support:
· Respond to supervisory authorities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
Operational Support and Compliance:
· Contribute to the functional aspects of the Office's operational mission.
· Accept and implement suggestions and instructions positively for continuous improvement.
· Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
The role is eligible for discretionary incentive bonuses
Fully Remote work is allowed. Some Business trips to overseas including Europe and South America.
Prefer candidates in New York State but it is not a must. Must come in to the New York office at least once a month.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5- 7 years of proven experience in corporate sales and relationship management in the banking sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Able to undertake business trips 1-2 times a month to various locations for client meetings and transactional purposes
