I think this is a good idea.
僕はこれは良い考えだと思います。
I have two reasons.
理由は２つあります。
First, starting their own companies is a good experience.
まず最初に、若者が自身の会社を始めることは良い経験になります。
It’s because they can learn a lot of business skills.
なぜなら多くのビジネススキルを学べるからです。
For example, they learn about stocks, manage employees and

Second, they will realize working in society is not easy.

現実は違います。
For example, companies presidents work late at night and
