They have many fruits this year.
There are around 200 fruits when I count them.
I love a hassaku orange with original fragrance and sour sweetness.
我が家には2本の八朔の木があります。
今年もたくさんの実をつけました。
数えると200個あまりありました。
私は独自の香りと甘酸っぱさを持つ八朔が大好きです。
The Japanese honey bees of my home seemed wake from hibernation.Hard workers put pollen to a hind leg and enter their beehive.
Will baby bees be born?
I am hoping that they will share out the honey which is fresh,sweet and delicious to me.

我が家の日本ミツバチさん🐝🐝🐝たちがすでに冬眠から目覚めたように思われます。働きバチさんたちが後ろ脚に花粉をつけて、巣箱に入っていきます。
赤ちゃんバチが生まれたのでしょうか？
彼らがこの夏にフレッシュで甘くて美味しい蜂蜜を分けてくれることを私は願っています。

我が家の菜園には、自然に生まれ育ったお茶の木が４０本ほどあります。
ここに移り住んで７年間、何の手入れもしたことがありませんが、毎年美しい若葉を伸ばしてくれます。
この若葉を摘んで緑茶を作ります。
若葉だけを１枚ずつていねいに摘み取り、
洗い流し、
ほうろくで蒸し焼きにし、
筵の上でもみ、
３日間天日干しにします。
作業の間、素敵なお茶の香りを楽しむことができます。
今年もまた、有機栽培のおいしい緑茶を作ることができました。
幸せ！
There are about 40 trees of tea in my kitchen garden.
Since my husband and I moved here from Osaka, we have never maintained them for seven years.
Nevertheless beautiful shoots are growing.
I challenged to make green tea.
First, I pick only one young leaf up.
Next, I wash them.
Then, I roast them in a baking pan.
Lastly, I dry them in the sun for three days.
I can enjoy a peculiar wonderful smell durding work.
I could make delicious green tea that is organic farming this year,too.
I am very happy.

今日は朝から雨が降っています。
久しぶりにゆっくりとした時間を持てたので、家の周りの花、野菜、フルーツ、山菜などを紹介します。
すべて有機栽培です。
