給与明細メールを講師に送ったところ、次のような返信がきた。

No problem with this. As you've said, this company is based on trust.
So, I have good faith in you. All papers are for formality and in
cases of breach of trust. But I believe the latter is unlikely to
happen as I know you have good work ethics and principles at work.

明細をチェックするのは面倒だし、あなたを信頼してますよ、といったところだろう。
こういう信頼は、売上・利益以上に大事。
