夫も大好き。
スコッチエッグは固ゆで卵をマッシュポテトで包んで揚げる、のが一般的なのかな。
でも、ねこママレシピはもっと手が混んでいます。
ゆで卵を半分に切って黄身をタマネギと鶏ひき肉と炒め、白身の半分にかぶせて卵型に成形します。
ちょっと手間だけど、喜んでくれるのが嬉しくて、時間があると作ります。

Scotch egg is our favorite.
Mom used to make it when I was little.
Covering boiled egg with mashed potato and deep-frying it is a popular one.
Mom's was different and took more time and hands.
She boiled eggs, cut into half,
took out yolks and stirfried them with minced chicken meat and onion.
With it and white, she made a shape of egg, and deep fried.
It was a cheer for us kids.
