なんて、ちょっと新鮮な気分でコロッケをつくりました。
最近、すごくいろんな種類のジャガイモが出てますよね。
「インカのなんとか」あるいは「なんとかインカ」と言って、サツマイモのような色をしたのが…。
でもねこはやっぱり男爵のホクホクしたのが大好き。
それも表面はデコボコだけど、ねこファームのジャガイモが一番美味しい!
もちろん、今日のコロッケはねこファーム産ジャガイモのコロッケです。

ごはんとピリ辛小イワシ
コロッケ
ニンジンとピーマンと昆布とごまの炒め物
シメジの甘辛煮
デザート:リンゴ
You can buy many kinds of potatoes today at your closest supermarket.
Lately, some are introduced from South America, and those potatoes have "Inca" in their names.
They're rather small, in general, maybe because we still have some technical problems to grow them here,
and they are, still, expensive.
I prefer our traditional potato, danshaku, which means 'baron' in English.
In neko-farm, we grow mostly danshaku.
It dissolves easily when boiled, but it tastes good in miso soup and in croquette.

rice with sardine cooked in soy sauce and red pepper
croquette
stir fried carrot, green pepper, sesame, and seasoned seaweed
mushroom in sweet hot sauce
