自転車で買出しに行って、その後に煮込み料理…。
毎日滝のように汗をかいても、体重はゼンゼン減らないのが不思議。

My husband came back home to have lunch with me today.
He requested meat sauce spaghetti.
It wasn't a menu for such a hot day, but I was just happy to meet his request.
It turned out really good, and I look forward to make a pizza toast with the sauce tomorrow morning.
