夫が大きなアイナメを釣り上げました。
三枚におろすにも大きすぎて手に余りましたが、味噌漬にしてそれぞれの実家に届けられました。
８匹いたソイはお刺身と天ぷらに、６匹いたメバルと1匹のタナゴは煮付けにしました。
魚三昧の週末でした。

As soon as bon festival starts, we visit our ancestors' graves to meet their spirits
that are considered to return to this world during the equinoctial week.
On August 13th, we visited our ancestor's graves first thing in the morning, and went for fishing.
Our grand-pa's and grand-ma's must have played a trick on my husband's fishing pole
that he caught such a big fish, and we could share the fish with both of our parents.
