週末、夫とスーパーで買い物をしていたら、夫が「うまそう」と言った塩時鮭。
でもご飯がないと美味しくないでしょう?
低炭水化物ダイエット中の夫のために、ほんの少しのご飯にのせました。
シュウマイは下準備なしで朝に作ったため、バタバタでしたが、
蒸かしたてはとても美味しかった!
今回は新しいことがしてみたくて、大根の細キリを入れたり、えのきだけを入れたり、
すこしあっさり目のシュウマイにしてみました。
今日のねこ弁:
ほんの少しの寒天ごはんと塩時鮭
蒸しキャベツと大根とキノコ入り豚肉シュウマイ
ブロッコリーのオカカ和え
デザート:キウイ

When we were shopping at a supermarket, my husband found fillets of toki-salmon.
Salmon is now migrating up to Russia, but some take a wrong route down to Japan.
They call this salmon toki-shirazu, means fime-forgetting, and toki-salmon for short.
I do not have much knowledge about fish, but he does, and he says this kind taste very good.
So we bought one pack and grilled, and it turned out real good!
However, you need rice to enjoy the taste, that's for sure,
and I packed a very small amount of rice for he is still on the low-carbo dieting.
I made the shao mai (Chinese raviolis) with daikon radish and mushroom,
hoping it tastes light and healthy.
It was a trial, but it tasted good!
Today's nekoben:
a small amount of kanten rice and grilled toki-salmon
steamed cabbage and shao mai with daikon radish and mushroom
boiled broccoli with dried bonito flakes
Dessert: kiwi fruit
