多分、何かあるごとに、窓ガラスに貼り付けるものを変えているんだと思います。
で、夜はこのダイヤモンド型窓ガラスの枠がライトアップされるんでしょうね～。

It used to be a military airfield exclusively for the Ground Self-Defense Force, but in 1961 it was designated as a public airfield, and civilian aircraft began operating there. It is commonly known as ``Okadama Airport'' because of the name of the airport facility. The installation manager is the Ministry of Defense, and the airfield is shared with the Ground Self-Defense Force Okadama Garrison.
In the past, the air show ``Air Pageant'' sponsored by the Hokkaido Aviation Association was held every other year, and was a grand event that brought together Self-Defense Force planes from the land, sea, and air, government aircraft, and commercial aircraft. Civilian and U.S. military aircraft also participated, but the event ended in 2008 with the 25th edition. However, due to many requests to hold the event again, it has been held every other year since 2012.
(かつては陸上自衛隊専用の軍用飛行場であったが、1961年に公共飛行場に指定され、
民間航空機も運航を開始した。 空港施設の名称から通称「丘珠空港」と呼ばれている。
設置管理者は防衛省で、飛行場は陸上自衛隊丘珠駐屯地と共用。
かつては北海道航空協会主催の航空ショー「エアページェント」は隔年で開催され、
陸海空の自衛隊機や政府専用機、 そして民間航空機。 民間機や米軍機も参加したが、
このイベントは2008年の第25回を最後に終了した。 しかし、再度開催してほしいという
要望が多く、2012年からは隔年で開催されています。)
