1979年東京都世田谷区出身。
10代半ばから妄走族の面々と共に送ったストリートライフの中で、
壁にスプレーで描き始める。
同じく10代の頃にHIPHOPカルチャーと出会う。
2000年には、TOMI-Eと共にACC[Asian Can Controlerz]として活動し始め、
スプレーアートに留まらずCDカヴァー、ロゴデザイン、クロージングデザイン等活動の幅を広げていく。
その後2007年にはイタリア・ミラノで開かれたデザイン展 Tokyo Design Premoにデザイナーとして出展し、同年2007年から頻繁にアメリカ・ニューヨークに渡るようになり、
ニューヨークのアート専門学校 New Design High Schoolの外壁や NYのクラブ[Element]でのライブペイント、その他NY市内でも多数各所にてグラフィティを制作している。
現在では、ライブペイントを精力的にこなし、コンスタントに作品を披露。
デザインワークスでも、日本が世界に誇る Japanese legend DJである dj hondaを始め、日本で代表するラッパー、般若のジャケットデザイン等を手掛け、その数は50を超える他、ACCやLIL RAMPAGEなどのアパレルブランドでも多数デザインをこなすなど活動のフィールドを、ぶれることなく広げている。

"Kitoh" was born in Setagaya district, Tokyo in 1979.
In his mid teenage years, he began spray-painting walls. Around the same time he hooked up with the shibuya-based hardcore hip-hop collective "mousouzoku". It was around this time when he first discovered hip-hop culture.
In the year 2000, he hooked up with a fellow spray-artist "tomi-e" and they began working together under the name "Asian Can Controllerz".
On top of spray-art, he began doing CD artworks, logo designs, clothing designs and more.
In 2007 his work was featured at an exhibition in Milan called "Tokyo Design Premo". In the same year, he began traveling back and forth between New York and Japan frequently. In New York, he had opportunities to design the outer walls for "New Design High School" and "Club Element".
Recently, he has been doing many live paint exhibitions at live shows in Tokyo, tirelessly working to improve his craft.
His design works include the album art for the world famous Japanese DJ, DJ Honda, one of Japan's most famous MCs, Hannya, and over 50 others. He has also recently been working on new works for the "lil'rampage" clothing line, and his own "ACC" clothing line.
