From their second album "hope".
I think this is a song for all the poets and people who lives with poetry, in also abstract meaning.
It shows the worth of poets.
I knew this at shuara_99's concert. They have passion to explain lyrics.

English Translation
"Young Adult"
Young people who've lost sight of their dreams
Looking for hope, write literary works
or hold their sweaty smartphone
and keep writing poems.
Hello, Hopelessness,
Wasn't this supporsed to happen?
But maybe that's the way it is.
Though what we lack is always
Not alcohol but affection.
The important relationship to which I devoted all
Has become sand with time.
"Someday, possibly",
I stopped wagging my tail to the bells of intercom thinking so.
Hello, Hopelessness,
Wasn't this supporsed to happen?
But probably that's the way it is.
I wish I could have killed her loneliness
Saying some kind words that nobody knows.
So that the songs with which we can pass the night will never die,
So that tears will never stream down the wrist again,
Let's talk nonsense, let's drink untill we get bored.
We are beautiful.
To be able to be humans even tomorrow, we're seeking love.
Hello, Hopelessness,
Are you standing firmly on your own feet?
You don't have to live a fast life.
Though what we lack is always
Not talent but affection.
So that the songs with which we can fill the night will never die,
So that we can wash away our sadness with a single yawn,
Let's talk about dreams, let's drink untill we get bored.
We are beautiful.
To be able to be humans even tomorrow, we seek love.
Setagaya young loser,
Melancholic cups of night and memories of the camera.
So that the songs with which we can pass the night will never die,
So that tears will never fall out of the wrist again,
Let's talk nonsense, let's drink untill we get completely drunk.
We are beautiful.
To be able to be humans even tomorrow, we're collecting love.

Analysis
This lyric is saying that songs can make people live, as the two lines "So that the songs with which we can pass the night will never die" and "So that tears will never stream down the wrist again" express. This "die" suggests a person's death, and "tears" and "stream down the wrist" seems to be a metophor of wrist cutting.
On the other hand, "Setagaya" is a district in Tokyo, which has Shimokitazawa area, where there are many small theaters and places for amateur bands' performances. Young people who follow their dreams are there.
There are not many lyrics that refer to the literature ("bungaku") and poems ("shi"). For these two words, I think this song is about musicians as poets.
The situation written in this song is hopeless, because "the young people" have "lost sight of their dreams" and "the important relationship" which the protagonist might have had with his partner "has become sand with time".
The protagonist personifies "Hopelessness", talking to him in apostrophe and seems to have lost his hope and feel abandoned.
But he also wishes he "could have killed her lonliness saying some kind words that nobody knows" and says "what we lack is always not talent but affection", which indicates that he doesn't give up his hope that there will be kindness and affection in the world. And in spite of all the lost things, he sings "We are beautiful", the phrase with which he accepts the way we are. The last line "To be able to be humans even tomorrow, we're collecting love" shows that he wants to keep humanity and believes in love.
In this song, poetry and humanity are connected.
And this is a song for people who believe in possibility of songs and in kindness and love of human beings.
It also sheds the light on the worth of poets who keep alive words of songs, suffering and struggling.
The title "Young Adult" must come from a film directed by Jason R. Reitman (2011). This film is about a ghost-writer of young adult novels who lives in a Big city and goes back to her hometown. I suppose its main message is: "Live as the way you are, instead of being a prudent adult".
The theme of the passion to live as a human is common to both of them.
The band's name consists of two elements: "Macaroni" (a kind of pasta) might mean food to live, in other words, bread, and "Empitsu" might represent to write something like poems or what you think.
《Man cannot live by bread alone.》
We need poetry, music and art to survive.
I love this kind song and believe in poertry.
I would appreciate it if you could see this video, too.
