よく混同してしまうのが deal with と deal inです。
deal with は問題等に対処する、～を処理する という意味で
使います。
The company is dealing with the problem.
その会社はその問題に対処しているところです。
deal with は handle/manage にも置き換えられます。
If we work togather, we can handle/manage the problem.
私たちが力を合わせれば、その問題を処理できます。
deal in は商いを行う という意味で、
We deal in manufacture.
当社は製造を行っています。
We do business in the apparel industry.
当社はアパレル業界で商売を行っています。
do business in ～ で ～（～業界）で商売を行っている
