片足を一歩前に出し、前の足は真っ直ぐ前向き、後ろの足はつま先を少し開く🌱 Make one step forward, putting the forefoot straight forward, and the other foot behind with its tiptoe open a little.

腕を腰の周りで振り回しますが、力は入れずに骨盤を回し、胴体から手へと回転が伝わるのを気持ちよく感じます🌱Swing the arms around the waist, while turning the pelvis without using power.  Relax and enjoy the transmission from body to arms.

前後の足を入れかえ、同じことをします🌱Change the forefoot and back, and do the same.
