With 18 games in its 15-year history, including Imperishable Night in 2004, the Touhou project is a series of doujin (fan-made) shooters.
2004年の東方永夜抄など15年で18作品を生み出したこの作品、東方プロジェクトは同人（ファン制作・シューティングファンの意？）のシューティングゲームシリーズ。
What is even more remarkable is that all of the games in the series were created by one individual - an enigmatic developer known only as "ZUN", who handles all aspects of game creation, including artwork, scripting and music duties.
さらに驚くべきことにはこのシリーズ全てが1個人によって製作されているが-「ZUN」としてのみ知られる得体のしれない開発者-であり、彼がゲーム制作、デザイン、イラスト、脚本、音楽を一手に行っている。
