HNY2016

明けましたね~新年!
珍しくヨガネタではない記事更新になりますが、
新年のご挨拶・・・と言うにはすでに日付変わって2日。
今年も相変わらずマイペースなブログ更新となりそうですが、
すこーしずつでも見て下さる方が増えると嬉しいなあぁ
と密かに思っております

元旦の今日は昼間、父からお屠蘇を結構飲まされて(?)
午後はぐで~んと4時間以上も昼寝してしまいましたw
・・・THE 寝正月おやすみおやすみおやすみ

でも日本酒って残りますね~
スッキリしなかったので、夜遅くにも拘らず4kmほど歩いてきました~
身体ポカポカいい感じ!
これからお風呂入ってさっぱりして、初夢に備えたいと思いまーす

HAPPY NEW YEAR

How was your New Year's Day?

I became dizzy, sluggish and sleepy since my dad let me drink Sake a lot more than usual (because it's New Year's celebration ;) ) in the morning, and my bed room was really nice and warm with full of sunshine, so I couldn't help taking a nap...but it was a bit longer than I imagined and wanted
I really like the taste of Sake... I might like it best among all the alcoholic drinks, but it is a kind of strong for me (I'm weak...believe me) so had been staying in me for a long time.

I as well felt like moving, and needed fresh air, I decided to take a night walk :)
Eventually I walked 4K altogether!
I felt a lot more better and refreshed.

Now it's a time for me to take a nice bath and ready for HATSUYUME (the very first night dream of a year which would tell you the year's fortune.)
