今日でシルバーウィーク最終日の方も多いですよね？
皆さまどうでしたか？
私は振り返ってみるとヨガ三昧でした、やはり
特に昨日はメインイベント。
いや、日本のヨガ業界の中でもメインイベント
と言ってもいいかもしれません。
ヨガフェスタ横浜 2015
年に一度、5万人が集うアジア最大級のヨガイベントです。
ひよっこヨギーニの私も4年連続で行ってきました
みなとみらいに到着してその足でまず向かったのは臨港パーク。
アクロをやるならフライヤー
（写真の私の様に上になってポーズとる人）
と思っていましたが、ベース（土台）もなかなか奥深くて
勉強したいなと思いました。
ちなみにこの時のベースは顔ヨガイントラ仲間のかおるさんです
もう1つの目的は、やはりイントラ仲間が所属している「調和６」
というグループのヨガショーを観る事。
よくクラスではヨガは
「ポーズをうまく取ろうとするものではありません。」
「美しさを競うものではありません。」
と言っていますが、洗練されたヨガのアーサナって美しいなぁってつくづく思いました
素晴らしかったです
月並みですが、ヨガと共に過ごし、人との繋がりを意識させられた一日になりました。
・・・みんな大好き！！！！！
そして、これからもっともっとヨガを楽しんで行きたいと思います
そうそう、後このイベントの楽しいところは、ヨガウェアをはじめとして
お買い物も満喫できるところ
それはまた別の機会にご紹介します

It's the last day for "Silver Week" (autumnal longer weekend) for many of you, I assume.
How has your SW been?
My SW days have been with yoga as expected.
Especially what happened yesterday was on the top of the events.
Can be said the event itself was on the top of the whole yoga events in Japan.
That was;
Yoga Festa Yokohama 2015
The annual event attracts 50,000 yogis/yoginis which is said to be one of the biggest yoga events in Asia.
I went to the event 4 years in a row
Where I was headed for first, was Rinko Park, where the free yoga classes were taken place.
It was such a warm lovely summery day. I was really uplifted when I saw many yogis/yoginis got together with colorful yoga mats.
The class I took a part in was Acro Yoga.
It was my second AY experience, but the first time for me to be a BASE, who is the foundation (bottom person(s)) for the style.
When I experienced AY before, I thought being a FLYER (the one on top) was the best, but BASE got me consider several insights in what is a yoga about.
Btw, the BASE in the above pic was my friend instructor KAORU.
Plus, what I planned and wanted to do in the event was watching a yoga show by the group named "Chowa 6" (Chowa means Harmony.) which my friend yoginis are the members.
Almost every time I tell to my class yoginis/yogis;
"You shouldn't set the goal for yoga is to be able to do yoga postures."
or
"Yoga is not a competition sport for postures." etc...
But, I have realized yoga postures themselves are as beautiful as dancing.
They were just amazing
Lastly but not least...actually best thing about the event was I was able to see so many friends
The word "Yoga" means connection or union.
I dare say that the day of yoga couldn't help me rethinking of the connection of people; me and others. Without them, I could not be here. How thankful for every single one of you guys.
I keep going on with yoga

残暑がぶり帰した様な一日、開放感ある芝生広場にカラフルなマットと
ヨギ/ヨギーニたちの光景に自然とテンション上がります
ちなみに参加したクラスは青空アクロヨガ体験。

移動する途中に誰かに会ったり、声をかけられたりして
何してたんだっけ？と思ったほど（笑）
