When I was an eighth-grade student, I had a chance to travel to Hawaii and stop in a convenience store where people waited in a long line. From this, I noticed that `the shop depended on how it was managed’ and management became the most attractive area for me. Later, when I was lost in deciding which area I should study at my university, I happened to read a certain sentence of one economic book written by a Japanese economist, saying `A doctor can heal just one patient at one time but a economist has a possibility of healing 6 billion people at one time,’ which deepened my interest in economics. That is why I want to know about this area more.
Soon after I got into the university, I started working in a venture business company where I developed business skills by working closely with my company president. My company is a personnel placement agency, which has made marked progress, starting from with few employees to 30 after a few years, however there were various organizational problems. On the other hand, most of my clients were IT venture companies, many of whom were listed on the stock market. I learned a great deal of management, finance, marketing and so on from many entrepreneurs of these companies.
Based on your company’s concepts, there are 5 core values (Integrity, Excellence, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Teamwork and Respect for Individuals and Cultures) which are quit similar to what the president of my company and many entrepreneurs of IT companies taught me. Your company has an investment department and it is stated that Entrepreneurial Spirit should be valued, which attract my interest toward it.
