Obon Holidays
Obon is coming soon. Are your parents and grandparents already on Obon Holidays? What do you do on Obon? Are you going to go for a trip? Are you going to do your homework?
I'm going to visit my grandparents with my family. Then, we will visit the grave. We will clean it and offer flowers.
In the grave, our ancestors, including my grandfather and my father, are sleeping. People say they come back to our home during Obon. So, we make horses of cucumbers for them to come back fast. We also make cows of eggplants for them to go back with a lot of souvenirs. I hope they will enjoy it! =)
