一週間くらい前からすっかり季節が秋めいてきました。秋服は日本からそれほど持ってきていなかったので、ユニクロで何着か購入してきました。皆さんもご存知の通り、服のサイズは日本とアメリカで違っています。私は日本にいたときは上半身はMサイズを買っていたので、アメリカでは基本的にSサイズになります。でもユニクロに行って、Sサイズのフリースを試着したら少し大きすぎて、XSサイズがピッタリでした。アメリカのSサイズは日本のMサイズよりウエストが大きいと思います。日本の女性のほとんどは私より細くて小さいので、そういう人はアメリカで服を買うときに困るんだろうなと思います。
The season was suddenly changed to autumn a week ago, and Morning and night are getting colder than before. Because I didn't have many clothes to wear in autumn, I went to buy some at Uniqlo. As you know, the size range of clothes in the U.S. is different from that in Japan. I usually wear M size clothes for the upper body in Japan, but I have to buy S size here. When I tried S size fleece, It was a little bigger and XS size was a perfect fit. Since many Japanese ladies are thinner and smaller than me, I wonder if they have difficulty buying clothes in the U.S..
