先日、花を飾っておくための花瓶が欲しかったのでAmazonで発注し、昨日それが届いたのですが、箱を開けたら思いっきり割れていました。アメリカでは箱の角が潰れて届くのは当たり前ですが、その荷物はそこまで箱にダメージがあるわけではなさそうでした。花瓶はプチプチの緩衝材の袋にに簡単に入っていただだったので、梱包が甘かったのと、「割れ物注意」のシールもはられておらず、雑に扱われて割れたんじゃないかと思います。Amazonで返金申請したら、送り返さなくて良いとのことだったので、とりあえずまた新しいの注文しよ。
I ordered a flower vase to put flowers in on Amazon the other day, which was delivered yesterday. But it was broken into a mess. It is usual that packages are delivered with the boxes crushed though, that package didn't get so much damage on its box. The vase was only covered with easy cushion, so packing was not enough. Moreover, It might be treated roughly because a fragile sticker was not put on the box. I applied for a return and refund, but Amazon asked me not to return it. I'm going to buy a new one again.
