The room was large and had everything that a business traveler may need, the cleanliness was very well maintained. I especially loved the view, as I could see the city and the planes descending to and ascending from the city airport. The wifi quality was great and I was able to video call for work without any interruption. The breakfast was good, I only wish that a selection of veggies was a bit larger. The location is great, this is a very nice and safe neighborhood of Sao Paulo. Beco do Batman with murals, bars and cafes is at walking distance, the area is full of good food and shopping.

This place is by far the one off the best places I've stayed. We are travellers and I can assure this is paradise. Everything is perfect from staff to food. The bedroom - bed - is wonderful and I've slept the best of all trip.
I could go on for hours but nothing that I say it will reflect the greatness! Keep up the good job Rosewood. I've also stayed in other hotels of the chain but this i very special. One thing I really appreciate is the sophistication and friendly service without being forceful or didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Thumbs up fro Rone at the pool and Matteo at reception for being so friendly. Also concierge that helped us immensely navigating the city and making reservations when needed.
I can't wait to return. The attention to details is phenomenal! Thanks for making me feel special and on holidays.

It is a stunning hotel with excellent staff.
From the bell door, front desk to the restaurant and housekeepers. Everyone so friendly and helpful.
The facilities are amazing, the food at the restaurants are worth trying ( specially at Taraz and Blaise).
This is a hotel to go and stay there relaxing and enjoying every part of the stay. We didnt wanna leave. And could of stayed for a whole week.

Staff is vey helpful and welcoming. Location is perfect and very quiet and clean spacious rooms. Wifi works perfectly. The Indian restaurant is a plus.

The location was superb! The staff customer service was on point, and the breakfast was delicious!

I loved the customer service I received from all of the employees. On the night I checked in, I had paid reservations at another location, but the renter did not fulfill the contract agreement. So, I went to the Blue Tree Premium at the last minute, and although there were no rooms available, the gentlemen who assisted me that night went above and beyond to ensure I could sleep in a bed that night as it was already close to midnight. He was very compassionate and sincerely interested in helping, which he did. I wish I could remember his name...
Can't do much better for that price !

The location is great, in one of the safest and nicest areas of São Paulo.
The swimming pool offers an incredible view, and it is warmed so you can take a swim anytime.
The room was nice and offered the comfort I expected.

出張で利用しました。とても交通の便が良く、フロントスタッフは英語が通じるので、安心して過ごせました。タクシーに乗るときも地図を見せると英語からポルトガル語に通訳して頂き、カタコトのポルトガル語でも行きたいところに行くことが出来ました。
ただし部屋のミニバーを利用したところ、飲んでもいない飲み物の料金を請求されてしまいました。フロントで飲んでいない旨出張すると最終的に請求されなかったので一安心でしたが、念のため部屋の貴重品には気をつけた方が良いかもしれません(スーツケースやボストンバッグには鍵をかけておいたので、他に盗られたものなどはありませんでしたが)。
とはいえ、総合してとても良いホテルだと思います。

L'Hotel Porto Bay, is so fabulous with high level standard. The breakfast, dinner was great with everything and more. The chef knows how to prepare exquisite cuisine. The hotel treats every guest like it's a 6 star, if there's such, with royalty;they go the extra mile to please guests. They even assisted with resolving a matter with a shuttle service that wanted to double charge us. They are so accommodating even with the language barrier, one still feels at home. It is indeed a home away from home.
