one day for exercise, another day to relax for muscle.
I should eat more.. it's very hard for me. trainer told me I've gotta eat meal more than seven times

I'm still trying.. but it's hard to keep..
I lift weight as much as I can. first time I used light weight but not getting heavier to stimulus my muscle.When can I see my six pack
