ジェイク・ハンナ（1931年4月4日 - 2010年2月12日）はアメリカのジャズドラマーです。 ハンナはアメリカ合衆国マサチューセッツ州ロクスベリーで生まれました。
ハンナが初めて演奏したのはマサチューセッツ州ボストンです。1950年代から60年代にかけて、マサチューセッツ州ボストンのナイトクラブ「ストーリーヴィル」で何年も専属ドラマーを務めました。 秋吉敏子(1957年)、メイナード・ファーガソン(1958年)、マリアン・マクパートランド(1959年 - 1961年)、ウッディ・ハーマンズ・オーケストラ (1962年 - 1964年)と共演しました。
ジュディ・ガーランドの複数のグラミー賞受賞ライブアルバム「Judy at Carnegie Hall 」(1961年)ではモート・リンゼイ・オーケストラと共演しています。ジャズの内外でスタジオミュージシャンとして幅広く活動し、マーヴ・グリフィン・ショウのビッグバンドでドラマーを務めた時期もありました。
彼は1970年代半ばにコンコード・ジャズでカール・フォンタナと数枚のアルバムを録音し、スーパーサックスでも演奏しました。その後のキャリアではコンコードのサイドマンとして多くの仕事をしました。
ハンナは2010年2月12日にカリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスで血液疾患の合併症により亡くなりました。享年78歳でした。
