カヒル・エルザバー（Kahil El'Zabar 、1953年11月11日生まれ、クリフトン・ブラックバーン）は、アメリカのジャズ・ マルチ楽器奏者（主に打楽器奏者）であり作曲家である。デルマーク・レコードで定期的にレコーディングを行っています。
エルザバーはイリノイ州シカゴで生まれました。レイクフォレスト大学に進学し、1970年代初頭に創造的音楽家促進協会（AACM）に入会、1975年に会長に就任しました。
1970年代に、リチュアル・トリオとエスニック・ヘリテージ・アンサンブルという音楽グループを結成し、現在も活動を続けています。カヒル・エルザバーがコラボレーションしたミュージシャンには、キャノンボール・アダレイ、ビリー・バング、ディジー・ガレスピー、デヴィッド・マレー、ファラオ・サンダース、ポール・サイモン、ニーナ・シモン、スティーヴィー・ワンダーなどがいます。
2017年、映画監督ドウェイン・ジョンソン＝コクランによる映画「Be Known - The Mystery of Kahil El Zabar」が公開されました。このドキュメンタリーは、エル・ザバーとバンドの2007年黒人歴史月間ツアーを追ったものです。この映画はAmazonプライムで視聴可能となっています。
