Well... they say that Ryan Dunn was driving over 140mph when he crashed his car... and his blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
They held onto the information to make sure they stated it all at one time.
Mainly because he had posted pics of being with friends drinking a few hours before the accident.
Police knew that fans were waiting for information... but they also wanted to make the point completely clear about drunk driving and speeding being a deadly combination.
Drunk driving is dangerous & deadly... but adding speed into the equation makes it nearly always fatal.
