ESMO 2023
2023/10/20-24でスペインのマドリードでESMO（ヨーロッパ臨床腫瘍学会）が開催されました。
もちろん私は演題も出しておりませんし、聞きに行くお金もありません。
ただ、うちのボスが今年のESMO2023の婦人科の発表は豊作だったということで、合間に重要な臨床試験についてレクチャーをしてくれました。 以下6つについてレクチャーいただきました。
- INTERLACE trial : A randomised phase 3 trial of induction chemotherapy followed by chemoradiation with chemoradiation alone in locally advanced cervical cancer.
- DUO-E trial : Durvalumab plus carboplatin / paclitaxel followed by maintenance durvalumab +- olaparib as a first line treatment for newly diagnosed advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer.
- Innova TV 301 : A global, randomized, open-label, phase 3 study of Tisotumab Vedtin vs Investigator's choicd of chemotherapy in 2L or 3L recurrent of metastatic cervical cancer.
- Keynote A18 : Pembrolizumab plus chemoradiotherapy for high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer : the randomeized, double-blind phase 3 study.
- AtTEnd trial : Phase 3 double blind randomized placebo controlled trial of atezolizumab in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel in women with advaned recurrent endometrial carcinoma.
- RUBY trial : Dostarlimab + chemotherapy for the treatment of primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer
自分の復習のためにも一個ずつまとめていきたいと思います！（時間があれば・・・汗）
しかし免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）はどんどん入ってきてますが医療費は大丈夫なんでしょうかね・・。そしてついに１次治療のCCRT後にペンブロリズマブが使われる時代が来るんですね。その後再発したら何使ったらいいんでしょうか。ICIは再度使えなそうですしね。
そしてICIの次はTVをはじめ、ADC製剤（抗体薬物複合体）の波がやってきそうですね。
どんどん化学療法がカオスになってきてます！勉強が大変です。。。
