I participated in a concert of Niigata Bach Orchestra and Choir held at Lyric Hall of Nagaoka, my hometown.
Both choir and vocal solos sounded pleasantly.

A barbecue party was held at home with my elder son’s family got married recently. The last dish was grilled rice ball with fermented soybean paste or soy sauce flavor as usual.

In a fine weather in May, my family held a mutton barbecue party on the veranda of my house, as an annual event. Mutton became tastier by dipping it in a home-made source for hours.

There are delicious dishes in Niigata city. In Restaurant Saizaburo, we can enjoy fresh raw fish and spiced fried chicken, which get tastier by drinking local sake.
