そこで教わったCode of Ethics
Code of Ethicsといえば要は倫理
ATでは相当授業の中で叩き込まれるもの。
そんなCode of Ethics
今日教わったCode of EthicsはCode of EthicsでもCowboy Ethics
Cowboyとしての生き方。
かっこよかったのでOSU Cowboysとして学ばなければ!と思って書かせてもらいました
Cowboy Ethics
1. Live Each Day with Courage
-There is more to courage than jumping into a river to save someone's life. It is also being willing to speak up and say that something isn't right - even if that means going up against partners, colleagues, or superiors.
2. Take Pride in Your Work - What your teacher told you back in first grade still holds true: Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
3. Always Finish What You Start
Let's face it - these last few years haven't been the easiest of times. But on days when thing seem especially rough, I think about what it must have been like on the open range in the middle of a blizzard, and I tell myself, "Cowboy up."
4. Do What Has to Be Done
It's not always easy to do the right thing. But nobody said it would be.
5. Be Tough, But Fair
If you ever find yourself questioning what's fair in any given situation, all you have to do is ask, "How would I want to be treated?"
6. When You Make a Promise, Keep it
If you think about it, investors only need two things from Wall Street: - someone they can trust - someone they can count on.
7. Ride for the Brand
If you work in the investment industry, make no mistake about where your loyalties should lie: The client comes first - not when it's convenient, not when you feel like it, but always.
8. Talk Less and Say More
I've learned over the years that when it comes to communicating with clients, the most important rule is keep it simple...keep it true.
9. Remember That Some Things Aren't For Sale
Our industry is known for being full of smart people. But think about it: How smart can we be if we don't value our reputations about all else?
10. Know Where to Draw the Line
Just because something isn't illegal doesn't mean it right.

6.約束をしたら守りなさい
人はふたつのことしか必要ないーその人を信じられるか?その人に頼れるかだ。
7.ブランド(ここでは自分という銘柄)のために行動を考えなさい
あなたの責任が問われるところでは失敗をしないこと、あなたの顧客が一番に優先されるものだーそれが不便でも好きではなくても常にそうであること。
8.話は少なくとも必要な言葉は口にしなさい
人とコミュニケーションするときには、シンプルである事と真実である事がいちばん大切なことだ。
9.物事は時に容易く売り出せないことを覚えておきなさい
賢い人がたくさんいても、他の何よりも自分たちの評判を評価しないなら、私たちはどれくらい賢いと言えるのだろうか?
10.どこかに一線を引くことを知っておきなさい
単に法律に反していなくても、正しくない事があるからだ。
かなさんにこれを教えてくれた人がいうにはATのCode of Ethicsもこれに近いものがあるんではないかということ。
