People sell goods and food on the streets of many American cities.

Many of these sellers are immigrants, and some are in the United States without government permission.

Street vending is illegal in Los Angeles, California. People who do it anyway can be fined up to $1,000 and face six months in jail.

If there were many immigrants in Japan they would sell goods on the street. And I think that would be a problem.
I think that this is not important for me because there aren't many street vendors in Japan.
