In my English Literature class, I'm reading a book called The Hobbit right now.
This English class is the hardest one that I have of all classes. It's not only because I'm not really good at English compared to other students, but also I'm in seniors' class. I'm the only junior in that class.
Anyway, I'm reading The Hobbit. It's farytale written by J. R. R. Tolkien who also wrote The Lord of the Rings. I think The Hobbit is supposed to be the biginning part of The Lord of the Rings but I'm not sure... I'm sure that it's a fantasy novel almost like that series.
I like it. It's actually enjoyable and easy to feel the story. It's still hard, but not as hard as the novels and stuff I was reading before in that class (it's longer though...).
But when I'm forced to read it all day long, I get annoyed by Bilbo. Well, everybody else doesn't spend that much time reading it, but I'm a really slow reader, so it takes time for me.
I'm on page 43 out of about 300 pages right now. A lot more to go...
I need to keep reading, but I already feel like giving up. (but I don't wanna give up grades!!)
