今回は、先週から通い始めた(まだ2回)
スポーツセンターの紹介
私が普段研究をしている研究棟から
歩いて3分のところにそれはある。
パッと見、ものすごい最先端な器具が揃っていそう。
全面ガラス張りでデザインが秀逸。
初めて来たときどれだけ入るのをためらったことか。笑
中には一般的な体育館のコートが3面。
１面ずつ分けることもできるし
１つにつなげることもできる。
この体育館以外にもいくつもホールがあって、
曜日ごと、時間帯ごとに
様々なスポーツの練習や試合が開かれている。
ちなみにこの日はバドミントンをやってた。
何種類のスポーツがあるのかというと、、、
パッと見数えて・・・
140超あった笑
基本的に館内は白が基調となっていて
掃除もいきわたっておりピカピカ。
さらにジムも完備されてる。
日本だったら毎月１万とか使用料とられるような
（通ってなかったからてきとーだけど）
最先端のマシーン達がずらっと揃ってる。。。
これは使い倒さねば！
スイス留学して帰ってきたら
ムキムキになってました☆
とかなかなか面白いし。笑
ちなみに今週の火曜日はバスケットボールに参加してきた。
日本では大学入って以降まともにやってなかったのに。
まさかスイスにきて
ダンクできるような外国人と一緒にプレーするとは。笑
久しぶりすぎて一試合目から両足ほぼつってたから
まともに動けなかった。
まぁ当然だけど。
足の裏も水ぶくれ？できたし、皮剥けるし。

これから練習を兼ねて英語バージョンも書いていきます。

This is the introduction of Sport Center which I have started to use recently.
It takes about 3 min from the research building I always do research.
At a glance, it seems to have machines with cutting-edge technology.
It has glass wall and excellent design, so I really hesitated to enter the building when I went for the first time.
Inside, there are three gym courts of standard size.
We can not only divide it into three court but also connect to one.
Besides of courts, there are lots of hall and different sports was conducted day by day, hour by hour.
By the way, at this time, they played badminton.
Speaking about the number of sports...
There are more than 140 sports!No way!
That interior is based around the color white, and very beautiful maybe because of careful cleaning.
