藤沢まゆ Mayu Fujisawa
筒描きという日本の染色における伝統工芸を用いて、淡い色調で布に絵を染め上げています。
植物や動物、自然を入り交えた絵と世界観のある物語を作り作品を発表。
その絵が生まれてきてよかったなと思って欲しいので、物語も添えています。
手染めの小物も販売します。
I do apply the Japanese traditional dyeing technique called "Tsutsugaki".
Squeeze rice glue out from a tube, generally outline characters on the indigo background.
On the cloth, I portray the world of animal, plant, and nature with powdery tone of color
adding the story how the universe comes out in my mind.
