French Street Artist Holds Mobile Piano Show at Flora Expo

Recent visitors to the Flora Expo would have noticed a pianist who “drives” a piano while performing. Meet Louis, a street artist from France who plays music on top of a moving piano. He will be performing at the Xinsheng Park Area between February 14 and 20, at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM respectively.
The inspiration of the moving piano came to him after he watched the movie “The Legend of 1900” eight years ago. Since then, he has toured and performed at numerous locations around the world, including Europe, US, Singapore, and other parts of Asia.
The secret of the mobile piano lies within the pedal hidden beneath the pianist’s left foot. The device activates a specially-designed mechanism that enables the 300-kg piano to move around with ease.
However, the effort on controlling where the piano goes is very demanding for the pianist; in addition to playing music, he has to be aware of the locations of spectators and adjust the placement of the piano accordingly. For Louis, he must take time to rest and recover after each show, since it requires constant pedaling to move the piano around.
The young lady spectators see playing a violin on the piano is the daughter of Louis. Like her father, she is gifted with a talent in music. The humorous and ear-soothing performance of the father-daughter team has become one of the most popular performances at the Flora Expo.
I went to Taipei international flora exposition on 2/10.
Fortunately, I saw the performance at that day.
It was a great show which I really enjoyed in.
I'm too short so I couldn't record the video clear.

I also have some videos about the exposition, but they'll take me a lots time to upload.
Maybe I'll post them these days.
