- Removed level restriction from Brigand/Swashbuckler Smuggle group stealth.
Brigand/Swashbucklerのstealthからレベル制限を取り除きました。
- Melee combat arts (PC and NPC) should no longer be doing excessive damage.
Melee combat arts(PC and NPC)は過度の損害を与えるべきではありません。
Swashbuckler関連のみ抜粋。Down 1h前にPopしてObeliskのAQ Named待ちのみなのでネタがない。もちろんNamedは出ない。
