Why nerf on Hurricane?
Hurricane now has a reduced chance to AoE every auto-attack. It has a casting time of 0.5 seconds and recast time of 2 seconds.
(Hurricaneは攻撃時の範囲効果の確率がやや減少します。詠唱時間0.5秒、再使用時間が2秒となります )
でAdept IIIの発動率88%が44%になったのでスレッドが延びています。

Brazen Thrust - reduced stun time, 3 seconds
Hail of Steel - increased hate gain to 20%
Swarthy Diversion - reduced from 21% aggro transfer at adept 3 to 16%, master is 18%, down from 24%
Brilliant Swarthe - reduced stun time, 1.5 seconds
Shadow Slip - no longer stops auto attack
Disarming Leer - increased duration, but no reduced recast timer as was hinted at by devs, still a 7.5 second difference between duration and recast
Hurricane - decrease proc from 88% to 44%, very rarely see it go off now
stunなんかは間違いがあったとのことで既に修正が入っていますね。
