メモmore often than not =(more than 50% of the time / more than half)

Example →

I always try to catch the limited express Romance car after work but more often than not its sold out.

I made a sentence. →

Although I study English very well, more often than not I don't have energy for it.

メモquite a bit / quite a few

Example →

1. I ate sushi quite a bit these days. この文では quite a bit = very often

2. I can eat quite a bit of sushi. この文では quite a bit = a lot

3. I can eat quite a few plates of sushi. この文では quite a few = very many

メモnot in the least =(not at all)

Example →

I don't like natto in the least.

Are you hungry?

No, not in the least. I just finished eating quite a bit of sushi.

メモnext to no ~

Example →

There are next to no Japanese people in Halifax.
