NYの最高峰の鮨屋、Nama。
NYに滞在している間にずっと行きたかったお店の一つです。
Aman NYの中にあるお鮨屋さんです。Namaは二つある為、予約する際にomakaseで予約をする必要があります。
客層はとても落ち着いていて、私達を含めて2組でした。
エンターテイメントに優れていて、ニューヨークで食べるお鮨屋さんの最高峰だと思いました。まるで日本にいるかのようでした。🗽✨
この日は鮑、雲丹、トロ、あん肝、アジ、サーモンの燻製などネタ満載。
一つ一つの盛り合わせが本当に美しく、とても感動しました🪿✨
また機会があれば絶対行きたいお店です。。。🙂
予約の方法ですが、Aman NYに滞在するか、Amex経由のみの予約しか受け付けていないそうです。
ここだけの話、私のホストファミリーはどうしても行きたかったそうで、電話でゴリ押しして行ってました🦍✨
Nama I've always wanted to go to while I was in New York. This is a sushi restaurant located inside Aman NY. Since there are two Namas, you need to make a reservation through Omakase when making a reservation.
The clientele was very calm, there were only 2 groups including us.
It has excellent entertainment and I think it's the best sushi restaurant in New York.
On this day, we had a lot of toppings, including abalone, sea urchin, fatty tuna, red bean liver, and smoked salmon.
This is a store I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance. . . 🙂
Regarding the reservation method, it seems that they only accept reservations by staying at Aman NY or via Amex.
My host family really wanted to go, so I was pushing them on the phone 🦍✨
