“The specifics in your life may not change, but how you LOOK at your life and experience WILL. Perhaps you’ve looked on your life with angst, with judgment, with criticism, with blame. When you change your mind, that which was seen as negative is transformed and can now be seen as beneficial.
The ego’s view is always detrimental in some way. It thrives on hopelessness and enjoys when you have hope for something in the world, because then it can use this as a way to further convince you of separation.
When you have thoughts of that which did not turn out well in the world, stop and ask what was the purpose of these thoughts? With whom are you viewing them? If it is with the Holy Spirit, then you will feel a sense of clarity, acceptance, and compassion, etc. If it is with the ego, you will feel guilty, defeated, victimized, etc.
Remember, the world is not perfect and it will never BE perfect on the level of form. That is why you came here. You came for growth, for the opportunity to choose forgiveness, to change your mind.
You knew before you incarnated that you would experience challenges, but you also knew that the growth that would come from the challenges would far outweigh the temporary discomforts. You knew that the discomforts were of the mind, and depended upon how you interpreted the world and your experience. But that interpretation can be changed by a change of MIND, and it is by choosing to change your mind that you will open yourself to FEEL the growth. In all of this is Grace.
Be and breathe. Choose forgiveness, choose the Holy Spirit. The ego’s lessons are ALWAYS punitive, whether towards yourself or others, and are therefore separating. The Holy Spirit’s lesson is always healing and unifying.
Dear one, lighten up on yourself, and be. Choose compassion, and forgive. You are loved and blessed always, and all is well, in Truth.
